Arguing a case on appeal is different in many ways from arguing a case in a negotiation or at trial. For your appeal to be successful, it is important that you seek out help from lawyers with experience in appellate law. Our attorneys can handle your trial needs and continue through the appellate process, if necessary or desired. Further, should you need representation only at the appellate level, both attorneys are prepared to handle your appeal so long as the firm is contacted within a few days of the trial court’s entering final judgment. Our attorney Chuck Kitchen has been practicing law for more than 35 years, and concentrating his practice on civil litigation and appellate practice for much of that time.
