An Experienced Civil Litigator
At Kitchen Law, PLLC, I provide highly experienced representation for municipal and government agencies. My office is in Raleigh, North Carolina, and I help clients in the Research Triangle area and throughout North Carolina.
I am attorney Chuck Kitchen, and I have the experience, knowledge and skill to help clients in a number of legal areas, including municipal law and constitutional law. You can read more about my practice in these areas here.
My wide-ranging practice has given me experience with litigation in a number of legal areas, including:
- Civil rights violations
- Municipal law
- Constitutional law
In addition, I have served as a county attorney in North Carolina. I also served as a town attorney and represented several North Carolina towns. As such, I have spent countless hours arguing in courtrooms, administrative hearings, arbitrations and mediations.
Arguing a case on appeal is different in many ways from arguing a case in a negotiation or at trial. For your appeal to be successful, it is important that you seek out help from a lawyer with experience in appellate law. I can handle your trial needs and continue through the appellate process, if necessary or desired. Further, should you need representation only at the appellate level, I am prepared to handle your appeal so long as the firm is contacted within a few days of the trial court’s entering final judgment. I have been practicing law for 40 years, and concentrated my practice on civil litigation and appellate practice for much of that time.
